This website was developed by Douglas Stellato Kabat, LSCW, CASAC, a social worker and chemical dependency specialist. Doug became interested in ethylglucuronide testing because of its value in assisting alcohol troubled people and chemical dependency treatment programs.

Doug is one of the owners of USHealthTests.com and Drug-Test.com. He and his wife Joanna, the other owner of USHealthTests.com and Drug-Test.com, are both Clinical Social Workers. They have provided services for alcohol and other drug troubled persons for the past thirty-five years. They have both served as directors of state-licensed treatment programs, as private practitioners, and as ARISE intervention specialists.
Doug and Joanna use EtG testing in their own clinical practices, so they are familiar with both the practical and clinical aspects of the test. This allows them to guide customers in the most effective use of the test.
